Information on the Impact of COVID-19 and FAQ's

Dear Friends, we want to thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times for everyone and we hope that Each of you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. 

We have made this page to keep you informed about any changes and service disruptions as well as to answer your Frequently Asked Questions. Together we can make the best of this trying situation. 

Most important: We are still Open, Operational and Ready to assist you with your Natural Wellness products need. There have been a few changes to our regular operating procedures, please read on for these.  

Customer Service: 

Thankfully the impact to our Customer Service team so far has been minimal. We are still available to assist you during our regular business hours of Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Our Customer Service team is practicing safer Remote Work techniques and limiting their exposure so we may continue to assist you. 

Orders and Shipments:

As you may be aware, California as well as Los Angeles county issued a "Safer at Home" ordinance, and we are under explicit instructions to stay at home. All non-essential businesses were asked to close their operations. We have been classified as essential as we Only ship out orders by mail and have NO contact with customers and no locations open to the public. This is clearly laid out in the: Los Angeles County Guidelines 

"Can I still get deliveries from online stores?: Yes. The mail and other delivery services to your home can continue to function, as can food delivery services." 

We do want to point out that the Safety and Health of our team and families is most important to us and we appreciate your understanding as we implement the following changes:

Shipping Times:

To safeguard the Health and Safety of our team and our families we are limiting the number of people that are carefully working on sending orders out in our shipping warehouse at any time. Because of this, our Processing and Shipping time has increased. As you may know, we always try to get orders out Quickly, usually within just 1-2 days after orders are placed. However at this time, we are forced to increase this time to 3-4 Business days after orders are placed. We regret the inconvenience.

Delivery Times: 

With Free Standard Shipping our orders usually get delivered in just 3-6 Business days, after they are shipped. During this time, we expect that delivery times will take longer as disruptions and delays are caused by the coronavirus outbreak. We just want to Reassure you that your orders will arrive! They make take a little longer but they will get there :) At this moment Every state has deemed that services like USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all essential services and will continue to function. 

Total time to Receive your Order: 

While this situation improves please keep in mind orders will take longer to arrive to your home. The Total time from when you Place your order to when you can expect to receive it can now be between 6-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday). We know this isn't the length of time you are used to from us, but we very much appreciate your Patience and Understanding. Our team is doing the best we can to keep ourselves safe, and to make sure your orders go out as well. Above all we thank you for letting us be part of your strategy to keep healthy by providing you with high quality Natural Supplements critical to help keep your Stress Levels in check, Help with Pain Relief and stay in shape and healthy (keeping that blood pressure in control) while you're home! 

Expedited Shipping (2 Day Shipping): 

Starting Wednesday 3/25 we are temporarily suspending our Expedited Shipping options. If you need your package Faster and need it to be delivered in 2 Days please send us a message and we can provide you with options.
