We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to assist you in your Wellness Journey. Our Return Policy is meant to be fair, easy, logical and to allow us to continue to assist you with the same speed and reliable pricing as we have for over 10 years. Please read it carefully as all purchases are subject to this Return policy and we do apologize but we do not make exceptions. Should you have any questions prior to your purchase please reach out. If you need to make a return, please follow the instructions included in this policy. Thank you and we appreciate your business. 

What can be Returned?


Only Unopened, Unused items in their original condition that may be resold can be returned. 

Friends, if you wouldn't purchase the product as it is, then you cannot return it. As most of our products are food items or consumables, we cannot accept anything that is open or used. 

If you have any doubts about a product we humbly suggest that you reach out and ask if we have any trial sizes available. 

How long do I have to make a Return?


You have 30 Days from the date of delivery as shown in the tracking and delivery confirmation to Return or Exchange any Sealed product. After 30 days all orders are considered Final and Non-Returnable. 

What would be refunded?


Upon receiving and inspecting the return we would issue a refund of the original amount paid Minus

1.) Any shipping fees you paid - if you paid for expedited shipping etc. those are non-refundable always. 

2.) If you chose Free Standard shipping, there is an up to 20% re-stocking fee that would be deducted from any refund available.

3.) If the item arrives damaged, opened, in an unsellable condition we Reserve the right to deem the order non-refundable.  

Why do you charge a restocking fee for returns?


We thank you for asking, and we assure you that our restocking fee is not to take advantage of you or anyone. It's not about making money, it is not about stealing, robbing, or otherwise trying to deceive you.

Our Restocking fee is only about being fair and being able to keep prices affordable.

The restocking fee is simply to cover the very basic of the costs related to your order - the largest of which is shipping.

Many times, You do not pay anything additional for shipping if you use our Free (to you) Standard Shipping. However, shipping is Never free for us. If you've been to any shipping company lately you can see how much it has increased. For that reason, we have a restocking fee that will cover what we have already paid USPS, FEDEX, DHL or whatever carrier was used to deliver your order. As we shipped the order in good faith, we cannot absorb the cost of the shipping to you. 

What happens if the Return is due to your mistake?


If we are responsible, we take care of it! 

Our team is extremely careful with every order and we pick, pack and ship with great care. Even so - sometimes mistakes are made. If we accidentally shipped you an incorrect item, or if you are returning an order due to an error on our part, then we will take care of it. We will send you a pre-paid return label by email or text and we will pay to ship the correct product to you. It's only fair :) 

What are the steps to Return an Order?


Please follow these easy  steps for a return: 

1.) Please contact us by email, text, phone or whatsapp to let us know of your intention to return an item and why. 

2.) Once the return has been approved, kindly carefully package the item back in suitable packaging so that the item arrives in a sellable condition. 

3.) Please use whatever Shipping Carrier you desire (USPS is often the least expensive) so long as it has a Tracking and Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages that never arrive, and the Delivery confirmation is your proof of return.
