Some Questions and Answers about our Shipping Policy
At Innovacion Natural we do our very best to be of service to you and to provide the best experience we can while being mindful to maintain Prices Down and the products you've come to rely on In-Stock and Available. As such we do have some Easy and Fair Shipping Policies discussed on this page. At the time of placing your order you are agreeing to these policies and we thank you for letting us assist you as laid out in our policies.

What address do you ship my order to?

We ship all orders to the address that you designate as the Ship To address when you check out. If you are using one of our convenient instant payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay please be aware that we will ship the order to the address that shows as Confirmed only. For the security of your package we will only ship to the Confirmed address or valid Billing Address. 

Friends, we don't know your address - You do - You are responsible for the accuracy of your address!

To avoid any delays in the delivery of your order, we really appreciate you double checking your address and making sure it is complete. Please review and make sure to include your Apartment, Unit, Suite or PO Box number if necessary. Kindly note that if your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or mistaken address as entered by you, you will be given the option to Pay to ship it a second time or it will be treated as a Return and assessed a 20% Restocking fee. 

What kind of Delivery Confirmation do you provide? 

For the safety of your package, All orders are shipped with a Tracking number and Delivery Confirmation provided by the carrier. 

If you need Additional Safety, Please contact us Immediately upon placing your order (or call to place your order) and Ask to add the Optionl Signature Requirement for a small fee. Otherwise you agree that the deliver confirmation is binding and serves as proof of delivery. 

  • USPS Provides Delivery confirmaton showing time and date of delivery. 
  • FedEx Ground - Depending on the value of your order, Fed-Ex Ground wil provide Delivery Confirmation showing time and date of delivery, or if above $200 we will ship it with Signature Requirement which will register a signature at your address at time of delivery. Please note that Commercial addresses normally receive a signature confirmation for all deliveries. 
  • FedEx Express - Showd time and date of deivery and now for most packages shows a picture of where it was delivered. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

At Innovacion Natural, our team works dilligently to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. We normally will ship within 1 Business day of you placing it if placed Monday-Thursday. Order placed on Friday-Sunday may not ship out until the next Monday. Please note we are Closed all Federal Holidays.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

It depends on the shipping method that you choose. We are happy to give you some general timelines here. Please keep in mind that the day you place the order Does Not count in the delivery timeline as your order is barely processing. Additionally we do not ship out on Weekends and Holidays. 
  • Free Standard Shipping - Deliveries can take up to 10 Business days. Most are delivered within 7 Business Days from the time orders are placed. 
  • Faster Standard Shipping - Deliveries can take up to 7 Business days. Most are delivered within 5 Business Days. If you're on the West Coast, we've seen deliveries in 3-4 Business days. 
  • Expedited Shipping - Deliveries can take up to 4 Business Days. Most are delivered in 2 Business Days. 
  • Fed-Ex Ground - Deliveries vary by location. California and most of the West Coast can expect deliveries within 2 Business Days. States in the middle of the country can expect delivery in 3-4 Business Days. East Coast can take as many as 5 business days to arrive. 

What if I paid extra for shipping and it arrived beyond the dates stated? 

First of all we are sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected. We do all we can to process and ship out your orders ASAP but we do know that sometimes carriers may have unexpected delays. If your order is past the timelines stated above (see question above) please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you. Please note: Only FedEx Express is a guaranteed delivery date shown when you track your package. If that order is late, we can assist you with a refund for the shipping paid. All other shipments, we are happy to assit you with Store Credit only for the amount paid for shipping.
