Covid 19 Delays

We apologize, we are aware that orders are taking longer to arrive due to Covid-19 related Closures
As a company We are shipping orders out in just 24-48 hours after being placed every day.
It is USPS that is taking Longer in updating Tracking information and delivering.
Above all, Everyone at Innovacion Natural, wants to thank you for your continued business and for supporting our Family Owned Business during this time. Your patience is incredibly appreciated. We have ben serving our customers for over 10 years now and during all that time it has always been our priority to do our best to provide you with Speedy service. We know that many of the products we sell are Important for your Health - for relieving pain and such and that is why we ship out orders Quickly. Even during Stay-at-Home orders we were allowed to continue shipping orders as an Essential business. Unfortunately, recently changes by USPS outside of our control have made it so that packages are taking longer to be delivered. We humbly ask and thank you in advance for your Patience and Understanding.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How long is my order going to take to arrive?
Normally with Free Standard Shipping just, 3-5 Business days. During the Stay-At-Home Orders that increased to 6-10 Business Days. Lately we have sadly noticed that orders shipped with USPS (DHL/Xparcel) are taking 14+ Business days :(
- Why are you taking so long to ship my order?
We are not! We want you to know that we are aware of how necessary your orders are. Which is why We, Innovacion Natural, ship out your orders in just 1-2 days after they are placed. Every day Monday-Friday our team works hard to make sure your orders leave our warehouse on time.
- Then why are they taking so long to be delivered?
Unfortunately because of USPS. USPS has had to close some distribution centers and combined with a huge increase in packages they are processing it has left them severely under staffed and causing these delays. We share in your frustration! The last thing we want to do is disappoint you. But we also understand the struggles USPS is facing with limited resources and employees that are out sick.
- So what can you do? I don't see any updates on my tracking info!
For now, we ask that you please wait just a little longer. We know it's taking Long, and that's certainly not the service we are used to providing. We also see that tracking information is Not updated as regularly. But rest assured your package has left our warehouse, and it is making it's way to you. USPS is now only updating tracking information basically as it is about to be delivered. It is very sad that they are doing this because it leaves us looking like we're not doing our job but we can assure you 90% of the times we see the package update in a few more days and about to be delivered the next day.
- What happens with my Order and Money if my package doesn't arrive?
You are our priority. Our customers are what is most important to us. Rest assured that one way or another We will take care of you. Either we will ship another order by another shipping method, or we will refund your money. All we ask is just a little bit more time :)
- What happens if I'm just about to place an order and I need my order URGENTLY ?
We are pleased that as of June 1st we are now in a position to once again offer "Expedited Shipping" that generally only takes 2 Business Days to arrive anywhere in the Continental United States. Expedited Shipping is shipped using Fed-Ex Express, Ground or UPS which can provide more reliable delivery dates.
